t’s exactly like they always say. When your life is hanging by a thread, in the midst of it all, each and every person experiences that split-second where they succumb to a mesmerizing flashback. A surreal moment, where an entire lifetime rushes across ones’ mind like an unleashed tsunami in search of bitter-sweet revenge. An entire lifetime which took years, months, weeks, hours, minutes, and seconds to develop. Seconds upon billions of seconds. Yet, somehow, it all manages to bolt through your entire nervous system like some magical spark from a primordial flint. Simply amazing… Nothing like knowing a life’s worth of work is actually no more than a shimmering reflection in the blink of an eye. But for me, I can honestly say, my flashback revealed much more than a glance in to the irritated bowels of a burdened grizzly bear. A much more powerful secret had been awakened, set free… let go.
